Audri & Asana's Hot and Kinky workout is one of the more challenging videos in their fantastic series, at least for me. But it's worth mastering because the pistol squat into various balancing poses that are the routine will definitely build strength and mobility. It's just impressive to watch the strength Audri and Asana display as they go through the cycle several times from different angles. But these two always impress. After repeating the flow a few times, our beautiful instructors do some additional hip opening and core strengthening routines, culminating in a hilarious "hip thrust challenge." As usual, the discussion here is light fun and, in this case kinky. Audri and Asana open up to discuss their kinks. -Rob

"If I had to write a one word reaction to this video, it would be WOW! Dani and Asana here are as open and vulnerable, in multiple senses of the words, as they've ever been. One of the the things I love about this video is the amount of touch and skin-on-skin contact as Dani and Asana do a series of partner stretches and massages. Their level of comfort with each other shows as they also open up conversationally. The flow that follows is gentle and relaxing. This is the a beautiful, sensual workout. Currently we only offer pre-recorded workouts. This allows you to practice on your own schedule, revisit your favorite workouts and trainers as often as you'd like, and move at a pace that feels natural and comfortable for you. Our library is continually expanding, and giving you fresh, engaging content.

Some of our sessions naturally highlight grounding, balance, and sensory awareness, which includes intentional work with the feet. While our platform is not fetish-based, we recognize that many viewers appreciate feet aesthetically or energetically, and those elements may be present in certain classes.

Most of our workouts are barefoot to encourage natural movement, stability,and connection to the floor. This also means that feet are a naturally visible part of many workouts, though never presented in an explicit context.
