  • Currently we only offer pre-recorded workouts. This allows you to practice on your own schedule, revisit your favorite workouts and trainers as often as you'd like, and move at a pace that feels natural and comfortable for you. Our library is continually expanding, and giving you fresh, engaging content.

  • Some of our sessions naturally highlight grounding, balance, and sensory awareness, which includes intentional work with the feet. While our platform is not fetish-based, we recognize that many viewers appreciate feet aesthetically or energetically, and those elements may be present in certain classes.

  • Most of our workouts are barefoot to encourage natural movement, stability,and connection to the floor. This also means that feet are a naturally visible part of many workouts, though never presented in an explicit context.
