Don’t Be Afraid. Nude Yoga Isn’t What You Think.…Or Maybe It Is.

By Asana

People hear “Audri & Asana nude workout videos” and their brain goes, “this is either going to be surprisingly normal… or surprisingly hot.

If I’m being honest, it both. Let me explain.

First, yes—there is nudity. We don’t pretend otherwise, we don’t hide it behind clever camera tricks, and we definitely don’t whisper about it like it’s something shameful. Bodies exist. Ours just happen to be moving, sweating, laughing, and occasionally shaking through a workout while fully visible.

But what actually goes on in these videos is way more layered than people expect.

You Think You’re Clicking for One Reason

Most people come in curious. Maybe it’s the word nude. Maybe it’s one of our gorgeous trainers you found online, Maybe it’s just boredom and a little late-night scrolling. Whatever gets you there, I respect it. But what keeps people watching isn’t what they thought it would be.

Because within about five minutes you realize:

  • we’re actually working out

  • we’re actually talking

  • we’re actually… normal

Well. Normal-ish.

Yes, There’s a Workout (And It’s Not a Joke)

Let’s clear this up right away: these are real workouts. Some are hard. Like, unexpectedly hard. Others are slow, stretchy, meditative. We label the levels for a reason, this isn’t guesswork.

You’ll see:

  • strength

  • mobility

  • HIIT

  • yoga flows

  • recovery days

And yes, sometimes you’ll be mid-set thinking, why is this harder than my gym session? Because we’re not performing fitness, we’re actually doing it. And without clothes, you can’t fake form. You can’t hide tension. You can’t cheat alignment. It’s all right there—honest and a little unforgiving in the best way.

The Clothes Come Off… Casually

We usually start dressed, just because this is how we live, and because we don’t like clothes we take them off. It’s like:
okay, this is annoying, I’m taking this off. And then we keep going, that’s kind of the whole point.

The transition isn’t sexual, it’s practical, playful, and a little rebellious. Like taking your shoes off at someone else’s house and realizing it feels better than expected. By the time you notice it, it’s already happened. And then it just… is.

Multiple Angles, One Reality

We shoot from different angles because movement matters.

You see:

  • how a pose actually looks from the side

  • what engagement really means

  • how bodies shift and adjust in real time

And yes, you also see things you don’t normally see in polished fitness content. Skin folds. Sweat. Expressions that are not curated, we don’t edit out the real life stuff.

We Talk, So You Can Get to Know Us Personally.

This is where things start to separate from anything else out there. We’re not silent instructors with a voice over, counting reps in a perfect tone.

We talk aboutthe real stuff:

  • Relationships

  • Mental health

  • Food (often mid-workout, because timing is irrelevant here)

  • Sex and attraction

  • Things men get wrong (sorry, but also… not sorry), we also applaud things men get right!

  • What actually goes on in a woman’s mind

And not in a scripted, “here are 5 tips” way. It’s messy. It’s honest. Sometimes it contradicts itself. We’ll be in the middle of a squat hold, and suddenly we’re deep in a conversation about emotional availability or why confidence isn’t what most people think it is.

Yes, Sexual Topics Come Up

We talk about sex, positions, desire, what works, and what absolutely does not. And we all have different needs when it comes to that.

It’s not meant to turn the workout into something explicit, it’s meant to make the conversation less fake. Because sexuality is part of life. And pretending it’s not feels dishonest. If anything, it ends up being more educational (and hilarious) than people expect. Especially for men who are actually paying attention.

It’s Also… Funny

This part surprises people the most. There’s a lot of laughing.

Not polished, “we wrote a joke” laughing, but real, slightly chaotic, sometimes inappropriate laughing. We mess up, lose balance, say things and immediately question why we said them out loud. There’s a looseness to it. You’re not watching something perfect, and we don’t edit ourselves; you’re watching something alive.

You Start to Know Us

Over time, something else happens. You stop seeing it as “those videos” and start seeing it as us. You start to anticipate what we’ll say next. You start to feel like you’re in the room with us. And that’s intentional. Because connection, real connection, is what most people are actually missing. We also want to hear from you.

What It’s Not

Let me be clear about this:

There’s no actual sex. There’s no pretending to be something we’re not. If you come in expecting something purely explicit, you’ll probably be confused for a minute. And then you’ll either leave… Or you’ll stay and realize you accidentally found something more interesting.

What It Actually Is

It’s:

  • a workout with real expert trainers

  • behind-the-scenes videos of our photo shoots

  • a conversation

  • a window into how women think

  • a place to laugh

  • a place to feel your body differently

  • a place where things aren’t filtered into something “acceptable”

It’s not clean, perfect. It’s not trying to be.

So… Should You Be Afraid?

No way, babes!

But you should be open. Because it might challenge what you think you’re watching. It might make you uncomfortable for a second. It might make you rethink what “fitness” or even “intimacy” looks like.

Or… You might just end up doing a workout, learning something unexpected, and laughing more than you planned. Which, honestly, is kind of the whole point.
