So…You Want to Try Naked Yoga? (Here Is How I’d Actually Invite You)
Okay. Let’s just start here, If we were besties, or work buddies and I invited you to try naked yoga or a nude workout, what’s the first thing that comes up for you?
Be honest. A little curiosity, a little “absolutely not”? A mental image that’s probably way more awkward than what it actually is?
Yeah, that was me too once.
Asana and Dani know that having friends to workout with is twice the fun as doing it solo! Join them in Nude In Nature and don’t forget…invite a friend!
I Wouldn’t Make It Weird (That’s Rule #1)
I’m not sitting you down like, “Hey… I have something to ask you…”
No way! That’s way too awkward!
It would probably happen casually. Maybe we’re outside, maybe there’s a drink in your hand, maybe I’ve already read your astrology chart and now I’m feeling bold.
And I’d say something like: “Okay don’t laugh—but you should try a naked yoga flow with me.” And then I’d watch your body language to see your honest reaction.
Because Here’s the Truth… It Sounds Wilder Than It Is
People hear nude workouts and immediately think it’s something it’s not.
But I’d tell you this straight: It’s not about being sexual or performing. And I know your bigger fears are that it’s about looking perfect, but it is definitely, 100% not about looking perfect.
If anything… it’s the opposite of all of that. It’s one of the only times you’re not trying to be anything, except completely present.
I’d Probably Tease You a Little
To loosen it up you know? Because you know me, I’m sassy, and let’s be real…I’m not above a little playful push.
I’d hit you with something like: “You’re telling me you can handle your entire busy af life, but being in your own body without clothes is where you draw the line?”
And I’d laugh. Not at you, but with you. Because I know you also see how ridiculous that sounds.
But I also get it. We’ve all been taught to be just a little uncomfortable in our own skin.
Asana and Rhy will help you Glow Up with their dynamic teamwork and lead you through a training session that is empowering. Whether you have a friend to train with or not this workout will empower you to be the best you you can be!
Then I’d Bring It Back to Something Real
After the teasing, I’d soften it, because balance really matters.
I’d tell your, “Listen… the first time I tried naked yoga, I was in my head too. But the second I started moving, something shifted. It felt… quiet. Like my body finally got my attention. And I really believe everyone deserves this level of liberation from societal expectations, personal expectations, and any other form of expectation you can think of.”
I’d Keep It Low Pressure (No Big Production)
No big setup, no dramatic expectations, just you and me baby.
A simple space. A guided flow with expert trainers who actually understand what they’re doing. And permission to take it at your own pace.
I’d say, “You don’t even have to go fully nude at first.” Because you can ease into it. Half the magic is just letting your guard down a little.
Oh God, Yes… We’d Laugh
Because something will feel awkward at first!
You might overthink where to look.
You might start laughing mid-pose.
You might say, “Okay wait this is actually kind of freeing??”
All of that is what makes it so authentic, it’s all a part of it, like one big jigsaw puzzle!
What I’d Hope You’d Experience
If I invited you into a nude workout, what I’d actually want for you isn’t anything external. I’d just want you to feel. Your breath more fully, your body, shamelessly. Really…I want you to experience a moment where you’re not performing for anyone. Even if it only lasts a few seconds.
Audri and Asana know that friends that workout together, get stronger together! Who would you love to workout with?
Because It’s Not About Convincing You
I wouldn’t try to convince you. That never works anyway.
I’d just open the door, and make it feel safe.
And if there’s even a tiny part of you that’s curious…you’ll know. And even if it takes you a couple of nudges, I believe you will eventually become too curious not to try.
Final Thoughts: I Invite You to Invite a Friend, Not a Sales Pitch!
No pressure, I promise. But just like the first time you tried a naked workout pushed you beyond your limits of comfort, so will inviting a friend. And that’s where real growth happens, outside of our comfort zone.
Start with, “Hey… this changed the way I feel in my body. If you ever want to try it, I’ve got you.”
And honestly? That’s usually all it takes. Take it from me, I’ve very awkwardly done this a time or two…with friends and strangers!
We love our friends and we will love yours too! Come train with all of us!
