Good Morning Warm-Up (13 minutes): In this helpful video, Audri guides us through her morning routine. Starting by focusing on her breathing (Ujjayi breath, also called ocean breathing or victorious breathing), Audri talks us through a series of yoga-based poses that she uses to stretch her body and attack stiff muscles. The routine is gentle and helpful for stretching out the back, hips, legs and chest. Audri also gives helpful tips and adjustments for some of the more demanding poses. This is a great daily routine to try, especially if you’re active and have to deal with morning soreness.
Strong Core Workout (9 minutes): Audri leads us through a core workout that appears simple but will give you a real workout. Alternating between variations of the boat pose and side plank, this workout is easy to grasp but hard to complete!
Heart Pumping Workout (13 minutes): This is a great video to get you moving and get your heart pumping and the routine was fun as well. Audri starts out with some hamstring stretches (do them - you'll regret it if you don't) before taking you through a circuit of moves using a Swiss ball. Some, like the bouncing, are fun. Others like the leg lift overs and bridges, are more challenging. After a couple of circuits, Audri finishes with some planks with a twist. We even get a cameo from Audri's dog, Alita, sporting a sweater that matches the ball, right at the end.
