Uplifting Sensual Morning Routine (10 minutes): Did you know sexual blocks have nothing to do with another person?... Yes, lovers, all of our sexual frustrations come from our limitations from our inner voice. Imagine feeling so turned on with yourself that it didn’t matter how long a sexual experience is or with whom. Yes, it does matter who it is because we want to be emotionally connected with someone and attracted. Still, on the other hand (no pun intended), if we feel we lost the lust, we can quickly regain that back just by how we think of ourselves.

Sensual Bedtime Ritual (15 minutes):

1. Put away your phone, laptop, or turn off the TV. The blue light from devices—such as TVs, phones, laptops, and tablets—will throw off your internal clock.

2.Sip Chamomile or mint Tea. The herbs can help lower stress, making it easier to fall asleep.

3. Take a Hot Yoga Bath or Shower. A nighttime bath is so relaxing. It washes away all of your daytime stress. I love to use lavender soaking salts.

4. Gentle bed yoga and breating teqniques. Gentle stretching exercises help you relax and settle in, slowly bring energy level down. Breathing in and out through your nose will create a calming effect on your sympathetic nervous system.
